How quickly will my order arrive?
Our aim is to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same day. Any orders placed after that time will be dispatched on the next available working day.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail using a tracked delivery service.
You will receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Faulty Goods
Upon receipt of your order we request that you check the item within 5 working days. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to assist you. Please have your order number to hand when you contact us as it will allow us to find your order quickly.
If you wish to return your order, please contact us, in the first instance, on email@example.com within 30 days of delivery so that we can authorise your return. Please include your name, order number and the reason for return in your email.
We do not cover the cost of the return and we recommend that you use a tracked postal service and retain proof of postage until you have received your refund. Please include your original packing slip in the parcel so that we can identify it easily. Failure to do so may result in your refund being delayed.
All items returned to us must be unused, in the original packaging and be suitable for re-sale. We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund for loss of value if the product is not in a resaleable condition and the product shows signs of use inconsistent with handling for the purpose of determining the suitability of the product.
Once the item has been received into our warehouse and has been inspected you will be refunded to your original payment method within five working days.
Orders Placed by Mistake
We realise that mistakes happen so if you have placed an order in error, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not left our warehouse we can refund and cancel the order for you immediately. All orders received up to 2pm are despatched the same day. Unfortunately if the order has already been sent to you, please take delivery of it and contact us upon receipt on firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can authorise the return. Once returned we can then issue your refund. We regret we do not reimburse the cost of the return. The conditions of return and refund are as above.
Damage to the Product / Packaging during Transit
We understand that nursery items are often purchased well in advance of the baby’s birth and therefore are not used immediately. However, to avoid disappointment, please check the product and notify us of any damage to the item or packaging within 5 days of receipt so that we can rectify this for you. Please also note that you have 30 days from date of receipt to return the item to us if it is not suitable. If the product is visibly damaged when delivery is attempted, please do not accept the item and the Royal Mail will return it to us. We will then contact you to organise a replacement.
We guarantee all of our products for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. In the unlikely event that your product develops a fault within this time please contact us on email@example.com giving full details of the fault and also your name and proof of purchase. We can then organise a replacement for you .
Please note that this guarantee does not cover items for general wear and tear or faults which develop due to misuse of the product.
